June 1st, 2011 marked the beginning of my one-poem-a-day-for-a-year quest. I finished that and so January 1st, 2013 marks the beginning of my "you learn something new every day" journey. Badges
It is a fact that if a police officer loses their metal badge they get suspended for a day and lose pay! Most of them leave their badges in their lockers. I don't blame them!
