So the shift plate in my car broke today and when the tow truck driver drove me and my ailing car to the shop he told me why cars get booted and how and what happens after they are booted.
A car only gets booted when the owner has too many outstanding parking tickets, etc.
Then there are people that, as a job, drive around all day in a specially equipped car that finds these deep-in-ticket-debt cars anywhere and everywhere and then boot them.
After that, the man that towed my car said he gets a call to then go and pick up these cars and then he tows them to the impound yard!
Moral of the story from what I learned: "Let NO debt remain outstanding except the continuing debt to love one another..." Romans 13:8
